High precision lidar module
Industrial grade high-precision short-range high-accuracy lidar module with high frame rate of measurement information. Application in industrial automation systems, on assembly lines and conveyors.
The device supports measurement accuracy of 0.5 mm at a distance of 20–50 m, and up to 1 mm at a maximum range of 150 m. Depending on the modification, the module supports various communication interfaces (UTP, optical fiber, RS-485, RS-232), has multiple measurement modes, and with IP65 rating it is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
Heart rate control unit
Heart rate control unit based on a high-speed high-resolution sensor. The field of application is medical equipment, such as life support units, 24-hour monitoring systems or medical research instruments.
Transceiver module frequency is 24.075 GHz or 60.125 GHz. Interaction with a higher-level system (system for collecting and processing information) — via RS-485 protocol. Maximum information transfer rate is 256,000 words per minute. Implementation of various algorithms for statistical averaging and rejection of invalid measurements at adjustable time intervals. Integrated non-volatile memory (the amount of logged data is determined by the Customer’s requests and is limited by the maximum size of the data bank 4096 MB with the expansion option).
Spatial orientation module
Spatial orientation and collision avoidance module for automated loading line of the logistics center. It is used for installation on mobile cargo platforms moving within a warehouse.
Maximum movement speed of a cargo platform, which would ensure adequate level of response to sudden obstacles (other vehicles, people) and static obstacles — 1.5 m/s. The frequency ranges of the transceiver are within the microwave range allowed for industrial use. The speed of information exchange with the onboard computer is 115200 bps. The exchange protocol is proprietary. The module allows you to connect up to 12 sensors to the central unit. Power — 24 V.
Sea Ice Depth Analyzer
Sea ice thickness analyzer unit for oceanographic research equipment and autonomous meteorological complexes.
Purpose — measurement of ice thickness for periodic meteorological observations in the subpolar and polar regions.
Target indicators of the module — ice thickness — up to 2.5 m, low power consumption to ensure long-term autonomous operation with no maintenance (frequency of maintenance and replacement of power supply units — not more than once a year).
Emission frequencies of an active transceiver — microwave range for industrial applications.
Possibility of operation in severe climatic conditions, under exposure to low temperatures and salt fog.
Process control complex
A complex for monitoring technical condition of wire ropes of crane lifting equipment for timely response to the initial signs of rope breakage via constant scanning of moving wire ropes along their laying lines (high-speed flaw detection in high resolution).
Scanning frequency (emission frequency of the modulated test signal) — not less than 9 GHz. The analysis speed of reflected signal signatures is not less than 12,000 units of measurement data per second. Communication with the central control and receiving unit of the complex is effected via RS-485 line. The complex has IP65 rating as well as high vibration and shock immunity.
The complex is intended for installation mainly on tower cranes and is designed to increase their operational safety level through timely detection of initial signs of hoist line breakage. It features high immunity to noise when exposed to variable electromagnetic fields of powerful electric motors, as well as the ability to work with load lines covered in snow or ice owing to the use of a microwave transceiver.
